The Rye Y Wave Ryeders continued their winning season with victories over Harrison Recreation
on January 15 and the Mid-Westchester Jewish Community Center (JCC) on January 22.  Read more.
Rye Y Gymastics Team Wows Fans at Home Meetgymnastics team
The Rye Y Gymnastic team kicked off the new year with a home meet on January 7. Over 35 Rye Y gymnasts competed with the Wilton YMCA in front of a large crowd of enthusiastic fans.  Read more.

Lifeguard Readiness Workshop

Have your stroke analyzed and work on endurance to ensure you are ready for the lifeguard course. Every Wednesday in February, 8:00-8:45.  Click here for details.

Ready, Set, GoFIT!  Tuesdays, 11:30am-12:30 pm
Late last winter, a group of 17 intrepid Rye Y members took on the "Ready, Set GO FIT" challenge in an effort to meet their health and fitness goals. Twelve weeks later, all participants reached their goals.  We invite you to be part of our next challenge starting March 6.  Please register (at the Member Services Desk) soon in order to have time to schedule your one-one counseling session prior to the first class.  Click here for details.
February Teen Nights
The Rye Y is open for basketball, swimming (swim caps required), working out, video games, or socializing with friends. Teens can also try air hockey, pool, ping-pong or foosball in the Game Room.All are welcome, Rye Y members are free (except special events) and Teen Access members are $5.00. High School students: Fridays,  7-10 pm: 2/3, 2/10, 2/17 
Middle School students (Y 2Night!) Bouncy House, Gym Games, Movies, Your Music Playlist & more! Please bring canned food to help us support local food pantries.  Saturdays,  7-10 pm: 2/4: Play "In It to Win It"; 2/11: Velcro Wall-$5 admission for all.

MARCH MADNESS FOR A GREAT CAUSE- Saturday, March 31, 7-11 pm

Live screening of the basketball tournaments, hors d'oeuvres, music, silent auction, raffles and more. Rye Y fans don their favorite college gear and support of the Rye Y's Strong Kids campaign. Located at the Manursing Island Club.


Swim Team Home Meets  As finding a parking spot may require more time than usual, we recommend you arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled class/activity.  Please consider using one of the Rye Municipal Parking lots.
