Ready, Set, GoFIT! Tuesdays, 11:30am-12:30 pm Late last winter, a group of 17 intrepid Rye Y members took on the "Ready, Set GO FIT" challenge in an effort to meet their health and fitness goals. Twelve weeks later, all participants reached their goals. We invite you to be part of our next challenge starting March 6. February Teen NightsThe Rye Y is open for basketball, swimming (swim caps required), working out, video games, or socializing with friends. Teens can also try air hockey, pool, ping-pong or foosball in the Game Room.All are welcome, Rye Y members are free (except special events) and Teen Access members are $5.00. Don't have a teen access card? Click here for a Teen Access Card application. High School students: Fridays, 7-10 pm: 2/3, 2/10, 2/17 Middle School students (Y 2Night!) Bouncy House, Gym Games, Movies, Your Music Playlist & more! Please bring canned food to help us support local food pantries.
