LIVESTRONG and MacAngel Fundraiser livestrong

Session III Program Registration:
January 16-22: Rollover Week. Members currently enrolled in a class have the option of continuing the class.
January 25:
Member Registration starts at 6 am online.Click here to register. (Most children's aquatics classes are not available for online registration. Please mail in or drop off registration lottery form by January 24.  An evaluation form is required.)
January 27: Non-Member Registration starts at 7:30 am in person or 6 am online.

January Teen Nights
The Rye Y is open for basketball, swimming (swim caps required), working out, video games, or socializing with friends. Teens can also try air hockey, pool, ping-pong or foosball in the Game Room.
All are welcome, Rye Y members are free and Teen Access members are $5.00. Don't have a teen access card?

YMCA's Diabetes Prevention Program: Our next class will start in late January.  To learn more about the program or find out if you are at risk, click here.    

Swim Team Home Meets - please check website for special pool schedules. As finding a parking spot may require more time than usual, we recommend you arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled class/activity.  Please consider using one of the Rye Municipal Parking lots.

The gymnasium will be closed on January 7 from noon-4pm due to a home Gymnastic Meet.  Please note that the parking will be more crowded than usual.  

Parking Reminder Please be courteous and safe in the parking lot and park only in designated spaces on Mead Place. When our parking lot is crowded or full, parking in a municipal lot is an option. Thank you for your cooperation and  understanding.  

Family Swim for Children with Special Needs.  Sundays -  9:00- 9:45 am.   A facilitator will assist with fun games, safety skills and helpful tips in the water. Open to youth of all ages. One adult must accompany each child with special needs. Free to Rye Y members; Non Members: Free for special needs child(ren) plus 1 adult per child. Non Members: Normal guest fee will apply for additional family members that attend. No sign up necessary.
