Restoration and renovation work is now complete and all areas of the Y are open as usual. We are working on some improvements to the Men's and Women's locker rooms based on your feedback. We thank you for your understanding and patience over the last several weeks and have planned Membership Appreciation Days on October 13, 14 & 15.  Watch for details!

This summer, thanks to our generous donors, we were able to provide financial aid to one in five of our summer campers (171 children).

Ready Set GO Fit - register now for 10/4 start Are you ready to take on the challenge of finally taking on your health and fitness goals?  Then "Ready, Set GO FIT" is FOR YOU!
This 12 week program will meet every Tuesday from 11:30am - 12:30 pm, October 4 - December 20. What a great way to prepare for the challenges that the holiday season presents! Members only, Fee: $100

YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program (YDPP)

Would you like to lose weight and exercise more? Take control with our YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program (YDPP). The Rye Y is open for basketball, swimming (swim caps required), working out, video games, or socializing with friends. Teens can also try air hockey, pool, ping-pong or foosball in the Game Room.
All are welcome, Rye Y members are free and Teen Access members are $5.00. Don't have a teen access card?

Halloween Party

Come in costume, enjoy games, healthy refreshments, prizes and lots of haunted fun.  All ages welcome. $2.00 per child when accompanied by adult. Registration not necessary.  
Registration for Session II starts with Rollover Week
Oct. 29 - Nov. 4 
Members currently enrolled in a class have the option of continuing the class for the next session at the same day and time. Rollover Week is October 29-November 4. In person only.  Most aquatics classes need an evaluation form. Click here to view program guide.

 LIVESTRONG at the YMCA
The Y and LIVESTRONG have joined together to create LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, a research-based physical activity and well-being program designed to help adult cancer survivors reclaim their total health. The program features a free 12-week adult Y membership, two free 75 minute classes per week and full access to the Y seven days a week. The program will launch this fall and is open to all, so please pass on this information to your friends and family.  For more information, click here or  email livestrong@ryeymca.org
