LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a research based physical activity and well-being program designed to help cancer survivors reclaim their total health. The program is open to members and non-members and is free.

YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program (YDPP)
Did you know that 1 out of 5 New Yorkers are at risk for diabetes? Click here to learn more. The program starts at the Y in September and consists of 16 weekly one hour core sessions plus 8 monthly meetings. Both an evening and morning class will be offered. Leap into Language - Ages 18-36 mos: Techniques that help stimulate early speech & language abilities. p. 13
