Rye Y Annual Dinner Honors Rye Residents
New Board Members Introduced

Rye residents Lisa Murphy, Mike Moran, and Jane Mickatavage were honored at the Rye YMCA's Annual Dinner on May 18th for their outstanding community service and volunteerism. Dana Egan, a senior a senior at Rye High School received the Woof Haneman Scholarship Award.  Read more

Rye Y Selected to Lead Regional Diabetes Prevention Program 
In recognition of its leadership in the area of improving community health, the Rye Y was recently designated by the national YMCA organization to lead an innovative, clinically proven diabetes prevention program throughout the Westchester County area. Read more

YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program
Starts June 14, 7-8 pm
Reduce your risk for type 2 diabetes and gain tools for healthy living. Program goals: Reduce body weight by 7% and increase physical activity to 150 minutes per week.
Fees: Rye Y Member: $215; Non-Member: $265
