Greetings! ,

During these tough economic times, more and more people are turning to the Library. If you check out DVDs or bestsellers, download audiobooks, use a computer or WIFI, attend a program, or use a meeting room, you have saved money. How much? Try our calculator to find out.

In March we are also offering free money saving programs on avoiding foreclosure, creating healthy inexpensive meals, and saving energy in your home. We've identified some good websites too with tips for keeping money in your pocket.

In good times and in tough times, the Library is here for you.

See you at the Library,

Sit, Stay, READ!
reading to the dogsChevy, our favorite dog will be here every Monday to listen to you read.  Studies show that struggling readers who read to dogs improve their reading skills because a dog is a nonjudgmental, relaxed listener and almost all kids enjoy reading to a dog. Call the Children's Library to sign up for a 15 minute slot between 4:00 and 5:00.
