Music Days With Mark Schulman Create Now Board Member Mark Schulman is a world-class drummer who is touring with P!nk. He has also played with Cher, Billy Idol, Destiny's Child, Foreigner and many others.
When Mark has a free day, he presents his amazing motivational seminar "Find Your Rhythm" at a number of detention camps and juvenile halls.
Camp Gonzalez teacher Harry Grammer said, "The music was amazing and Mark's talk was heartfelt. This presentation was extraordinarily engaging, powerful, humorous and enlightening for all the boys. The kids and I walked away inspired and impressed."
The troubled boys at Pacific Lodge School in Woodland Hills also enjoyed it. "I like what he said about I don't have to do it. I get to do it," said Jordan, age 16.

Music Days With Gabriela Forgo
Santa Monica College student Gabriela Forgo wanted to share her love of music with needy children in her community. Create Now referred her to Upward Bound House, a transitional living shelter in Santa Monica. She's teaching a group of 10 children, ages 3-9, how to play the piano.
Gabriela said, "The kids have learned all the names of the piano keys, the art of rhythm and several songs. They leave feeling a little more confident."
"Gabriela teaches a lot of stuff. I learned how to play 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star' and that makes me feel proud," said Elias, age 9.
