Need to Know
- If your church has not already done so, please submit your Certificate of Election for Delegates & Alternates and your Communicants in Good Standing Form to the Secretary's Office of the Diocese. These were due on April 1. Please note that each region must elect a youth delegate, as well. All forms are available on the Council Web site.

Other Events & Announcements
- The 14th Annual Tee with the Bishop Golf Classic will take place September 9-10 at Shrine Mont, with 18 holes at Bryce Resort's par 71 championship course. Learn more and reserve your spot!
- The Virginia Institute of Pastoral Care will offer a Pastoral Ministries Consultation and Support Program designed to promote mature pastoral leadership and healthy congregations in a complicated age. This program offers twice monthly sessions Oct 2012 to May 2013 (except Dec) focused on facilitating growth, ministry consultation and periodic forums on high-interest topics. - A new Wednesday morning Bible study class begins on September 19 at St. Mark's, Richmond. Co-sponsored with Grace and Holy Trinity Church, this class will study the people, places and stories of the Bible.
