Water, Water Everywhere

There's still time to register for this weekend's Water Sustainability Conference, sponsored by the Committee on the Stewardship of Creation. Churches and individuals alike can take home real, practical advice on such subjects as sustainable landscaping, water use and rights and helping ensure that we have a sustainable water supply.

The excellent line-up of speakers includes professionals from the U.S. Geological Survey, the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, the Southern Environmental Law Center and an AIA LEED-qualified landscape architect.

The conference will continue the dialogue started at last year's conference on water sustainability.

Saturday, September 10 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at St. Stephen's, Richmond.

$20/person includes lunch.

Register online.
