Tomorrow the topic of my talk is Self-Compassion.  Over the time I've been teaching spiritual practices, I have heard over and over again how so many of us do not feel worthy inside ourselves or feel that we are not enough.  If you've ever had that thought, this talk is for you.  Being out of love with ourselves is the cause of all our spiritual, emotional, mental and physical wounds.  As you feel more love for yourself, your energy field will vibrate on a lighter level and you will therefore attract to yourself more uplifting circumstances in your life that bring you joy!

Afterward we are blessed to continue that theme with a wonderful workshop with Gay and Katie Hendricks, "Lasting Love Made Easy," at the Matilija Auditorium at 2:00 PM.  Doors open at 1:30.  I know that Gay and Katie will tell you something about love that you have not heard before.
