Upcoming Events

December will be my month to take off any further events! Actually I will be at the YMCA on the 15th in Burlington and I will participate at my team meeting on the 8th. If you are part of my team and need the details for the Christmas get together, please contact me.

In January I will start my workshops again and gatherings. May calendar is already starting to fill. Please check my Training and Events as I will start posting the events as I schedule them. If you would like to get in on the wonderful Serendipity paper pack in January - contact me now! Get with your friends now and see what a good date would be with them now. See when they want to have that workshop and lets schedule it now. Let's have a girl's night out and have some fun!

One of the things I am planning is to put together a crop for Operation Kids. Did you know that in October Close to my Heart raised over $30,000 alone with their card kit promotion? Do you know that whenever you purchase an acrylic stamp set you are helping a child to make life just a little bit easier. Next year I want to really want increase my effort to help even more. By the way, when you place an order, you can help in a little way by just rounding up to the next dollar and that will go directly to Operation Kids as well. If you would like to find out more about Operation Kids come and check out my website in my artwork section. I have added a detailed description of the charities in.

December Color Club

The color for this month is Autumn Terra Cotta. You want to remember that you can always add the Stamp of the Month at a reduced rate, especially when you add the supersized featured to the color club! Many of you already do that every month!

The colors over the next months will be:

September: Cocoa with Simple Pleasures Combo Pack papers

October: Cranberry with Everlasting Combo Pack papers

November: Autumn Terracotta with Enchanted Combo Pack papers

December: Blush with Life Delights Combo Pack Papers (as a Christmas gift if you have been a color club for at least three months you will get an accordion album from me with this!) I have already ordered the albums for those of you who have earned that album - Merry Christmas, you will find it in your December shipment along with the new Spring Idea book - I just got the shipment today!

Here are the options again:
1. 6 sheets of cardstock, 12 sheets of b&t paper (combo pack), 1 inkpad $14.50
2. 6 sheets of cardstock, 12 sheets of b&t paper (combo pack), 1 innkpad, 1 maker $18.00
3. Supersize and get bigger brads (approx. 30), 1 ribbon from ribbon rounds, 1 ribbon from designer ribbon rounds, eyelets when available and items from My Acrylics, when available, if not I will add other embellishments, such as paper flowers, buttons, etc. - be surprised! Add $7.50

There is no long term commitment, however, if you join the club I ask that all payments are made by the 15^th of that given month. That ensures that I can make my orders in a timely manner. As a member you can always add additional items to your order which will give you the option of additional savings for the Stamp of the Month. All club members will receive a free ideabook with their first order! Active club members will receive each new seasonal idea book as they are issued for free! As long as you have received at least one color club shipment during the quarter.

Be aware that in January the color club will change a little since we did not add B & T papers to our idea books like we used to have. Now is your time to send me your input as to what you would like to see in your color club and what price range you would like to keep it at. Thank you!
