Let's Go Out to Dinner
Tonight!
The Greater Boerne Chamber of
Commerce kicked off the Boerne Area
Supper Club on October 1 and we invite you to dine out tonight to show your
support for our 18 participating restaurants. Our mantra is "wine local, dine
local." The program is a joint initiative partnering the
Chamber and its member restaurants that are open for dinner. Its objective is
to increase local and regional awareness while driving a new and loyal customer
base to Boerne area restaurants by offering the opportunity to win "rewards."
The program is open to Kendall County residents, corporate residents and
visitors. Read more. |
Listening Lunches Initiated
Two-Way Dialog
Every Thursday in September Chamber representatives held listening lunches from noon to 1 p.m. in
the green room at the Hungry Horse Restaurant. As the voice of business, it is
important that the Chamber listens to members to understand their goals and
objectives and to hear fresh ideas and opinions on important issues of the day.

2010 Historic Ornament Available Now
Click on picture to view the 2010 Chamber Christmas Ornament. | The Chamber has received a limited supply of 2010 Christmas
ornaments featuring the St. John Lutheran Church built in 1932 at the corner of
Rosewood and Turner. The historic rock church now serves the congregation as a
chapel. The ornament won our hearts with its soft golden color and we know
you'll want to add it to your collection. This ornament represents the third
church in the series (St. Paul's Catholic Church and St. Helena's Episcopal
Church were honored earlier in the series). This is the 12th in the
series of historic building ornaments offered by the Chamber. You can purchase
your ornament at the Chamber for $12 (includes tax).
