Some background first to put our survey questions into context:

Kendall County has experienced strong population growth since 2000, with more than 35,000 residents now living in the area. This represents a growth rate of 19% from 2000 to 2007. During this same period the City of Boerne has grown even faster. Population projections from the Texas State Data Center at the University of Texas at San Antonio indicate Kendall County will double in population by 2025. Historically, Kendall County grows by 3.25% of San Antonio's growth, estimated to be 400,000 over the next 10 years. This means Boerne/Kendall County should get 13,000 additional residents as a result of the area's projected growth.
