Letter from the Editor
Fairy Greetings!
May this day of giving thanks bring
exceptional joy and affection to you and
your loved ones. How lucky we are to live in
freedom and comfort, while so many others are
not as fortunate. Even with the current
challenges we are facing in our country and the
world-at-large, we are blessed
many-fold..
And as you express
gratitude this Thanksgiving Day for the
wonderful things in your
life, the Fairies hope you will remember to
acknowledge the hard-working nature spirits
that support the beautiful blue-green planet
that sustains you as you take this journey
through life.
This month"s Fairy Therapy comes from Holly,
the Holiday Sprite whose words of wisdom are:
It's not really a holiday if you've
exhausted yourself to the point that you
can't be filled with joy and cheer.
As we head now into the holiday rush,
frantically trying to figure out what
everyone wants, why not try a different
tactic this year? Slow down and consider the
presents that will touch someone's heart and
show your thoughtfulness. Why not plan a
family event to make some of your holiday
gifts? This will give you family bonding
time as well as a way to encourage creativity
and productivity.
This year I plan to follow my own advice by
bottling my husband's favorite teriyaki-maple
sauce (a secret recipe from Fairy
Jae-lin) for friends and family. Years
back I often made holiday gifts for loved
ones and even clients;
One time it was home-made granola in
beautifully simple jars; another it was
hand-blended massage oil, which I paired with
a relaxing music CD and a book on massage.
These gifts were always well-received and
sincerely appreciated. So this year, give
the gift to yourself of not burning
out before the holidays.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Many thanks and
good wishes to all the members of our Armed
Forces serving around the world.

FAIRY FASHION: Tutus |

We debuted these gorgeous hand-made fairy
tutus just a few days before Halloween and
they have been super popular. Beautiful
Fairy Jessika is modeling a six-layer
lavender tutu. Our staff especially
loves the fact these are made with
a long satin ribbon tie closure rather than an
elasticized waist so that they can be adapted
to any size from child to adult and to
whether you enjoy them wearing them smoother
or more "pouf-ed" out. They are
also available in a in a smaller
(baby/toddler) size.
Whether you wear them over leggings
or tied over a skirt, these are stunning.
All of our Sales Fairies enjoy
layering several tutus over shorts or skirts
while on their shifts --they are real
attention-grabbers. Last week I wore a
pretty pink and green
one tied over my skirt (with coordinating
pink Sephira wings and pixie halo) while
visiting
over a dozen classrooms for the
Great American Teach-in and must admit
that I enjoyed having students AND teachers
asking us all day where we got our tutus.

2 layers of blue/white tutus, with Xiomara
wings and blue rose headband.)

Have you dreamed of getting your fairy
artwork noticed? At Fairy Line we love to
sponsor new talent. Our Fairies and
whimsical logos are created in a variety of
artistic styles by some very talented
individuals, (including our primary
artist, Shirin Moosavi), Victor Villalobos,
Lisa Steinke and others.
As we expand our room decor and fairy fashion
lines next year, we are auditioning new
artists with fresh concepts. We may purchase
your original fairies, paintings or logos
outright or include them in our special
royalty program for qualitied entries. Rest
assured that will never publish or reproduce
any work unless we have contracted with you.
Our audition requires that you either
reproduce one of our existing fairies, using
your own style or send us a concept for a
brand new fairy. If you plan on
participating, send us an email so that we
can send our entry rules and non-disclosure
agreement.
