Pamela R. Tarbell graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design, and is the director of the Mill Brook Gallery & Sculpture Garden. She has exhibited extensively in New England. A passionate arts advocate, Tarbell is active in Creative Concord, League of NH Craftsmen, NH Citizens for the Arts, Art Concord, and the Advisory Board for the New England Sculpture Association. While Tarbell works hard to promote the arts, she thinks of herself as an artist first, and paints as often as her schedule allows.
