CHRISTIAN SKATERS GOES TO THE SURF EXPO  Christian Skaters was in the thick of it all at the January Surf Expo. Blessed with a booth right next to World Industries & the Volcom Ramp,  we were able to be bright lights in an often dark industry. The Lord blessed us with opportunities to chat with Tosh Townsend of Element, pray with Ray Barbee, hang with the Untitled Crew, Christian Surfers & NOTW, build our own boards at Create a Skate,  plant seeds and answers many questions. Christian Surfers hosted a great night of Worship that filled us all up. Pray that the Lord blesses our HUGE vision for the September show! NEW LOGO?????

 Christian Skaters is an international ministry on a mission to SEEK out, SUPPORT, EQUIP, ENCOURAGE, PROMOTE, and PRAY for those who reach skaters and thier culture with the love of Christ.
Christian Skaters will reach out by coming alongside existing ministries, starting chapters globally, hosting skate missions to build ministries & serve, equipping others through conferences, and teaming up in prayer.

Serve & Send - Jamaica
|
 It was over ten years ago that we decided to jump on a plane and visit Jamaica for the first time. It was spontaneous, but our trip lead us to nine miles (the birth place of Bob Marley). Growing up in S. Florida, reggae was a definate influence. The trip made an impact. The people, the land, the spirit...The trip is one I will never forget. To an average american, the area could appear poor (homes lacked roofs from past hurricanes, no running water or electrc, etc.) but I could only see the richness and joy of the people. They were content, something so many of us lack. I am eager to revisit. Although I am sure so much has changed, I know that the youth of Jamaica will enjoy this new skatepark in Boston Bay.
Christian Skaters will travel to Jamaica and serve at a Palau festival where we will help build ramps that will later be used at the Upliftment Jamaica youth building. Please pray that we might raise funds for building materials and to bring the Walking on Water crew to host a two day surf camp. We are also looking for donations of new skateboards, wheels, shoes, bearings, pads, helmets, trucks, etc. for the kids to use.  Chris Davidson has been serving as Skate Pastor in Redwood, CA. After much prayer, Chris and his wife Heather have left for Scotland where they will serve as missionaries at Deeper Skate Ministry and the Overtoun House.

located in Redwood City, CA (SF Bay Area). Four of these spots are
