Freedom 5K Registration Open In-Stores

This Saturday...................

The 39th Annual Freedom 5K will be held Saturday, June 25th at 7:00am. This Year's Race will be held at Quiet Waters Park in Deerfield Beach. This Race is a 'Pre-Holiday' Club Favorite.

Awards will be given to the Top 3 Overall, Master Catergories, and 5 Year Age Groups. All Kids Dash & Youth Mile Participants will receive Medals.

All Participants who finish the race BEHIND 'Betsy Ross' will receive a coupon for a FREE Small Smoothie from our friends at

Smoothie King - Sunrise Blvd. Special Awards will be given to the Top 3 Participants wearing the Best Patriotic Attire worn during the Race!

A Variety of Food & Drink will be available to all Participants.

Zico Pure Premium Coconut Water and Borojo Beverages will be on-site for Free Product Sampling.

Traveling 'Team Fort Lauderdale'......Join Us!

The Greater Fort Lauderdale Road Runners are 'Taking It To The Streets' this Summer.

Join Us, as Traveling 'Team Fort Lauderdale' will be Participating in the Hemingway 5K Sunset Run on Saturday, July 23rd in Key West, 7:30pm.

Team FTL will be leaving Friday, July 22nd and returning Sunday, July 24th. Cost is $50 per person, per night. Paid In Advance. You must register for the 5K seperately. Contact Cynthia Raes-Barnard at (954)461-5515.
