Type 1 Diabetes Opinion Leaders GroupThe Type 1 Diabetes Network (that's us!) has decided, in this our 10th year, to host a process to develop a Statement of the Issues affecting Australians with Type 1 diabetes.

We are forming an Opinion Leaders Group to involve many and varied people in this process.  We are delighted that many organisations have jumped on board already: International Diabetes Federation, Diabetes Australia, Australian Diabetes Educators Association, Health Services Research Association, the College of Ophthalmologists and others, with more joining every day.

We are looking for people Living with Type 1 diabetes - as well as parents, partners, families - to get involved.

Participation will involve attending 2-3 teleconferences between March and August as well as online discussions.
