Jamie shared MBA's economic outlook affecting commercial property financing, including present economic conditions and future prospects for our industry.

Walk for Hope and a Home on November 21 at Fannie Mae's Help the Homeless Walkathon


Last year the Walkathon raised over $81,000 for Hope and a Home -- one of their single largest fundraisers of the year! The money raised went to their important housing, education, work, and family and community connections programs.

Annual Meeting & Holiday Luncheon

The association's long-standing tradition --- The Annual Meeting & Holiday Luncheon will be held on Friday, December 11, Holiday Luncheon2009 at the Mayflower Hotel, 1127 Connecticut Ave., NW, Washington, DC, starting at 11:45 am. This is the association's last event of the year, and is always well-attended by members, guests, as well as past and present association leaders. We're pleased that joining us will be the Executive Director and a program participant from one of the wonderful housing charities that MBA/MW members have supported this year - Hope and a Home. During the brief business portion of the program, members will vote on the association's 2010 Board of Governors Slate.
