Back by popular demand . . . this class presented by Carol McKinney, Radian Guaranty Inc., provides a review of the various self employment entities and the tax forms used to report a self employed borrower's income. Using the FNMA 1084 form, participants will learn how to capture the most income for their borrower and why particular income or expense items are allowed under the guidelines. Learning is reinforced using a case study.

Great Information at HASP Seminar
Steve Richman from Genworth Mortgage Insurance (pictured at right) lead an informative seminar on loan modification and refinance programs under the Homeownership Affordability and Stability Plan (HASP) on May 21. Special thanks to Genworth Mortgage Insurance and Bank of America Mortgage for sponsoring the seminar.

A Limited Number of Foursomes Still Available for June 3 Golf Outing

Join your MBA/MW colleagues for an afternoon of golf and networking on Wednesday, June 3 at Westfields Golf Club in Clifton, VA.

A limited number of foursomes are still available. The $150 registration fee for members ($170 for nonmembers) includes 18 holes of golf & cart, lunch and dinner. Beverages are not included but may be purchased from the beverage carts and in the club house.
