    The Red Sail
    "Hot Chili" Team

Some like it hot. Some like it even hotter. Congratulations to the sizzling hot Red Sail Sports-sponsored team that won the coveted Cayman Islands Chili Cookoff on July 1st. Our lineup (pictured below) consisted of Dive Instructor Theresa Griggs, her chef husband John, and Dive Instructor Ole Henrickson. The next challenge? The three will now compete against more than 400 cooks when they represent the Caribbean in the 40th anniversary of the World's Championship Chili Cookoff October 6-8 in Omaha, Nebraska (home of the Red Sail Sports Reservation Center!). They?ll be competing for $30,000 in prize money. Please join us in wishing our team luck!
