Free Chair Yoga! Beginning Thursday, 7/22 Louise Applebome will teach Chair Yoga, in a slightly shorter (50 minutes) format. All types of people can enjoy Chair Yoga's many benefits, especially the baby boomer population and those with limited mobility, plus sizes, knee injuries, hip replacements, balance issues and nervous system disorders. Classes Canceled or Rescheduled

- Chair Yoga will now be taught by Louise Applebome and will be 50 minutes instead of an hour. Louise's first Chair Yoga at Move on 7/22 is free.
- Aikido on Saturdays will be canceled for the rest of July and August and will resume Saturday 9/4 at its new time, 12:45-1:45p. Also, Sunday Aikido has moved to 10:15-11:30a.
- Yoga For Survivors has moved to Mondays at 4:30p.
- Prenatal Yoga will not be held on Saturday 7/24, Monday 7/26 and Thursday 7/29.
- HoopDance will not be held on Saturday 8/14.
- Beginner's Meditation series will start on 7/28 instead of 7/21.
