- 1st section of Main Boom was replaced brand new end 2009

- Remaining boom sections, auxiliary boom and jib extension, etc, completely overhauled, sandblasted to offshore specification and repainted with offshore marine paint system (Cost - USD 1M)

- Hydraulic components have been protected and turned on a regular basis since dismantling

- Structural parts uncovered and the hydraulics stored inside a warehouse and containers

- Power packs are started up and tested on a regular basis
