FALL BALL IS BACK!

True Lacrosse is offering Fall Ball Leagues across the Chicagoland suburbs.The league will meet six times beginning Sunday, September 11- October 23 (does not meet September 25th). Players of all levels are welcome, beginner through advanced. All Games are refereed by Certified Officials from the Rock Valley Officials Association.

 

Divisions for Fall Ball Include: 3/4 Grade, 5/6 Grade, 7/8 Grade, High School Beginner and High School Elite.

 

Locations Include: Northbrook, Schaumburg, Wheaton, Western Springs and New Lenox.  

 

Players in the 3/4, 5/6, 7/8 and High School Beginner Divisions will have a half hour clinic and a one hour game each week (for a total of 1.5 hours). Players in the High School Elite Division will not have a clinic and will play only the one hour game.

NEW ALL STAR TEAM STRUCTURE AND TRY OUTS 

The True Lacrosse All Star Teams have been recognized as some of the best teams in the country. In the past three years, True Lacrosse has h ad over 60 True Lacrosse All Stars get recruited to play college lacrosse for DI, DII and DIII schools. True  Lacrosse is also a m ember of the NSCLA, which features the 15 top  club teams in the country.

For the 2011-2012 season, True Lacrosse is modifying it's All Star Team structure. This new team structure will add the convience of practicing close to your home town community and play on a team with players from your local area. This fall, there will be Regional teams, made up of players in your community. During the winter, there will be State Teams chosen by college coaches and True Lacrosse Directors. Players who do not make the State Team wll continue to play on their Regional Team.

  

Players who participate and do well in our Fall Ball League are invited to attend the try out for the True Lacrosse 2011-2012 All Star Team. The All Star Try Outs will take place at each fall ball location on Sunday, September 25th. You can register and pay the $15 Try Out Fee while registering for Fall Ball. Those players not enrolled in Fall Ball (or who do not register for the try out while using fall ball registration link) will pay a $30 try out fee.

MICHIGAN HEAD COACH COMES TO TRUE 

Michigan has jUniversity of Michiganust announced they're are going Division 1 next year. This is a  great opportunity for players to play in front of Coach John Paul-  Head Coach of the University of Michigan's Mens  Lacrosse Team.

 

 

Coach John Paulwill be doing a special 2-day clinic this summer for the high school True Lacrosse All Stars. The University of Michigan has a new DI powerhouse lacrosse program.

 

July 20 & 21st

Each day will have 2 sessions: 9-12 a.m., 1-3 p.m.

Fee: $100/player

Location: Village Green Park, Glen Ellyn, Illinois

130 S. Lambert Road (south of Roosevelt Rd. and north of Butterfield Rd) in Glen Ellyn.

 

This is a closed clinic open only to high school True Lacrosse All Stars.

INDIAN PRAIRIE SHOWDOWN TOURNAMENT


Indian Prairie 

This tournament is a 3 day event that consists of three sepNational Scouting Reportarate tournaments (Boys, Girls and Mens) in Naperville, Illinois July 29-31. Each team is guaranteed 5 games.

Divisions include: U13, U15, JV
, Varsity and Mens Division.

This tournament will feature the National Scouting Report, who scouts from across the country and will be on hand to give players a free assessment as to their recruit ability.
