A clean station is as important as providing GOOD SERVICE in a FRIENDLY atmosphere. Are you doing your part to be sure that your customers have a safe and positive experience when they stop at your station? Ask yourself:
DOES MY STATION HAVE CURB APPEAL? Is your station attractive and welcoming or is it run down, dirty and in need of some significant TLC? A gas station that is clean and welcoming will attract more traffic, thus increasing fuel sales and convenience store sales.
IS MY STATION WELL LIT ?
The percentage of drivers turning into a gas station and consequently the amount of gasoline that is sold is affected by the quality of light. Naturally, people are drawn to a business that gives a strong sense of cleanliness, friendly service and an environment that feels safe and secure. Better lighting, better results!
ARE MY RESTROOMS CLEAN?
Ensure that the restroom is especially clean and tidy. Every customer will appreciate a clean and well maintained restroom. In fact, many customers choose one gas station over the other just because of cleanliness. |

IMPORTANT INFORMATION on the
ExxonMobil Smart Card
To maximize the new Smart Card campaign, please adhere to the following instructions by close of business on
August 31, 2012:
- REMOVE "Think CLEAN"pump topper, building, canopy and perimeter signs and REPLACE with ExxonMobil Smart Card Save 6� per gallon offer signs.
- Continue to display "Think CLEAN" sandwich pole signs, pump ears and hose flags.
- REPLACE existing card acceptance door decal and pump decal with updated materials.
- REMOVE and destroy the old applications from the pump top and in-store application holders and REFILL with the NEW ExxonMobil Smart Card applications.
- If necessary, refill the in-store application holders with the ExxonMobil Fleet Card, ExxonMobil Business Card and Speedpass™ applications.
- REMOVE old ExxonMobil Card Guide and REPLACE with the NEW ExxonMobil Card Guide.
