A Day Off =

A Happy You

Smile The Day Away

Come on, admit it. You feel a little guilty taking a day off just for you. It's okay. You can admit it.I know-I've been there. You can rattle off a list of 20 things you "should" do with a Friday all to yourself. After all, your kids will be at school, your coworkers will be working away, and you need to run those errands. When was the last time you did something solely for you just because you wanted to? Can't remember? If so, then it's been too long.

Giving yourself the day for Tapestry Friday, April 29 will benefit you in many ways-improve your life balance, decrease your stress levels, rejuvenate your mind, and reconnect you to your friends. Combine Tapestry with a weekend of enjoyable activities and less "shoulds" and Monday will feel like the first day after a mini-vacation. You deserve it. Give yourself the day!

Registration Starts 8 a.m. Friday, February 25!

Congratulations! You have decided to give yourself the day off for Tapestry: A Day for You Friday, April 29. The next step is to select the type of registration that meets your needs.

Tip 1 - If you are going with one or two friends and welcome the idea of meeting new people and sitting anywhere in the crowd,

register online  for open seating at $65 per person.

Tip 2 - If you and nine friends want to sit together as close to the stage as possible, register for a reserved table for 10  for a total of $700. The cost is a little more than open seating, but you will enjoy the comfort of your own table for the day. As a special thank you for being a Tapestry Table Leader, you will receive the Molly Ringwald book, Getting the Pretty Back. Book supplies are limited, so register early.

Tip 3 - If you and nine colleagues or customers want to enjoy reserved seating at a premier table at the front of the venue, register for a corporate table  for $1,000. Your firm will be recognized with its name on the table and logo in the scrolling Tapestry PowerPoint. And $300 will be designated toward the scholarship fund as your firm's tax-deductible donation.

Tip 4 - Have questions?  Please contact the office at tapestry@ipfw.edu or 260-481-6854 during regular business hours.

The trick is early registration. Seating locations and breakout session enrollment are based on the date the registrations are received. Register today!
