Backyard Wiffle Ball Fields How to build one!
There are not many greater feelings than hitting a ball over a home run fence. The cornerstone of every Wiffle Ball Field should be the outfield fence. The fence is the most important thing you will build for safety, do it right to prevent an injury. There are many options and materials for outfield fences. You can visit your local hardware store to see more permanent and costly cedar or vinyl fence options, you can really do them up with painting or posting different signs/logos on them. If you are looking for more of a temporary or portable fencing option we have some options for you... Our EZ Pocket fences offer a quick and simple setup design... Field Lines give a more authentic look to your field and will help in minimizing the amount of arguments over fair/foul balls. While paint is an option, it's sometimes messy and you will have to reapply it over time. We offer another solution... Port-a-Field Lines. Port-a-Field is the only temporary reusable field lining system that enables users to establish proper boundaries and field markings. Finally to go along with your outfield fence we recommend a foul pole. This can be something as simple as a flagpole or we have custom made foul pole extension systems for you which you can attach to standard PVC piping. |
