CROCKER ENROLLMENT BRINGS UNPRECEDENTED INCREASE IN CROCKER STAFF
A note from Jessic Nella, Crocker Principal
 | | Jessica Nella, Crocker Principal |
My name is Jessica Nella and I am honored to be the principal of Crocker Middle School. I have taught and been an administrator at the middle school level my entire career. I absolutely love working with the middle school child. It is truly a pleasure to have the opportunity to work with students and to see their growth as individuals over their three year experience. The students at Crocker are amazing! I knew that Crocker Middle School was an incredible place from the moment I stepped onto the campus as an assistant principal last year. I have learned that Crocker is a special and unique school because of the spirit, traditions, and the true sense of family that permeates all that we do. More than that, Crocker is in a league of its own because of the truly amazing educators I am privileged to work with each and every day!
Speaking of amazing educators, this year, we have several new additions to the Crocker family. In all, we have 10 fabulous new members of our staff, including a new assistant principal! I have been both pleased and inspired by the enthusiasm, love for students and the overall dedication to Crocker that each of these new members have displayed in their short time here.

We've had some other changes to Crocker this year as well. We have added a fourth science lab to accommodate our large class of 6th graders this year. The old lecture hall has been converted into a new science lab and it looks fabulous! Students have been learning in the lab since the first day of school, and it has added great value to our program. Also, you may notice the new paving to our main parking lot when you drive by. We were fortunate to have the entire parking area repave and striped. The parking lot not only looks wonderful, but it is safer too!
Sincerely,
Jessica Nella

Annual Giving Pledge Drive Kicks off November 8th
Show your commitment to raising excellence in our schools by making a pledge to HSF's Annual Giving campaign. HSF was founded 32 years ago to support all areas of our schools' curriculum. In fact, HSF was one of the first non-profit school foundations in the country, a leader in the movement to secure private funding for public schools. Today, HSF allocates more than $3 million to the school district, an amount equal to 17% of the total HCSD budget. We appreciate every pledge! Our Annual Giving Team is especially grateful for the generosity of the alumni families who continue to support HSF even though their children have already graduated from our wonderful schools. Please go to www.hsf.org and make a secure donation today. Every dollar makes a difference and community support is so important to the success of our public schools. Pledge online at hsf.org.
