Centre Wellington Fire & Rescue
The Township of Centre Wellington Fire & Rescue Department consists of two stations, 11 vehicles and 60 Fire Fighters. All of our communication equipment including Mobile Radios, Portable Radios, and pagers are strictly Motorola. This is not to say that we have not tried other brands, however we have always gone back to Motorola for its reliability.
Obviously Communications are of the upmost importance when it comes to Fire Fighter Safety and we have not found any reason whatsoever to change.
The Centre Wellington Fire Rescue Department is committed to providing timely professional emergency response.

Is Your Frequency
A person or business requires a land mobile license issued by Industry Canada so that they may install, operate or possess radio apparatus at a fixed station or mobile station, or perform certain services as authorized by the radio license.
 The licensing process ensures that your stations do not cause interference with other licensees, and likewise, that other licensees do not interfere with your stations.
