We're proud to announce that the 1st Annual Talent Innovation Awards, announced here last month, will be run in partnership with the Human Capital Institute. As you may know, the HCI focuses on research and education for those in the talent space -- very complimentary to our NTMN mission. The NTMN State of Talent Management survey is the only research that provides insights to how our profession works -- what you do, how you're structured, even how much you're paid!
