We're proud to announce that the 1st Annual Talent Innovation Awards, announced here last month, will be run in partnership with the Human Capital Institute.  As you may know, the HCI focuses on research and education for those in the talent space -- very complimentary to our NTMN mission.  The awards will be announced at the HCI annual conference in March 2010.  More information soon!

DDI and Conference Board join NTMN for 2010 State of Talent Mgmt. survey

The NTMN State of Talent Management survey is the only research that provides insights to how our profession works -- what you do, how you're structured, even how much you're paid!  In 2010 we're pleased to welcome back Development Dimensions International (DDI) as our research sponsor. Also joining us as a media sponsor is Business Intelligence.

We're also proud to announce that the survey results will be released at the Conference Board's Talent Management Strategies conference in February 2010.  All NTMN members can attend the conference for a special discounted price.
