Greetings from the San Juan Ski Company,
Although Mother Nature teased us with several snow flurries in October, she left us high and dry in November till last weekend when a storm moved in and dumped over a foot in the high country. It was deep enough to make our first few powder turns of the season.
Before the season gets underway, we want to let you know about our space available list and the new location of our reservation desk.

We are not selling punch cards this year. Instead we are offering space available seats (at considerable savings) during days when the maximum number of snowcat seats aren't filled.

This isn't our new home, but the cabin is available
for weddings, reunions, retreats, or parties. The Luv Shack sits at
11,200 feet and some of our best skiing is right out its front door.The

We have moved our reservation desk in with Backcountry Experience, an outdoor specialty store, located on the plaza level of the Purgatory Lodge. For those of you who skied with us last year, we are in the space formerly occupied by Pine Needle Mountaineering. We are looking forward to sharing a space with owners Becky, Ben and crew.
