Parent Event Volunteers needed for the following:
Friday, February 3 Decorations 2 - 6 p.m.: Eight people to set up chairs, tables, decorations, etc. Saturday, February 4 Auction Set out auction items on tables with the corresponding bid sheets. - 9 a.m. - 12 noon: Six people
- 12 noon - 2 p.m.: Four people
- 3 - 5 p.m.: Two people
Cocktail Bar Unpack products and prep bar area, tables, etc. - 10 a.m. - 12 noon: Four people
- 5 - 6 p.m.: Two people (ice down all product)
Checkout - 8:30 - 9:30 p.m.: Two people to help gather and process bid sheets and bid winners.
- 9:30-11:30 p.m.: Eight people to assist bid winners in finding their purchased items.

3rd Annual Khaki & Plaid Party 2012
Central Catholic Alumni won last year and hope to win again!
The school with the most alumni present, receives $10,000
from Hope for the Future towards tuition assistance!
They also need school or class pictures to be included in a slide show.
