Sorry for the flood of emails, but it will probably continue over the next several weeks as we work our way to December.
This email relates to your offseason training logs.
As a 14-17u Gamer, you are required to hand in a training log at the beginning of each month that tracks your training activities in:
Cardio
Speed/Agility
Upper Body Strength
Lower Body Strength
Throwing
Hitting
Body Weight
It is now time to turn in your training log for the past month. These are due to first of each month, October - March.
The blank training log form are available in two formats:
1. pdf file that you can print out, fill in by hand, then scan & email or fax to your coach
2. excel file that you can fill in electronically with Microsoft Excel and them email a copy to your coach.
Your coach will review your training log, track your progress and make recommendations as necessary.
Do not forget to fill out the space for body weight each week!!!
Also, please don't forget to fill in your name.
Once you fill out the form, you can email it directly to your coach (emails listed below).
OR, you can fax it to my fax number (636)216-0086 and I will forward it to your coach.
