Back in August (or later) when you accepted your roster spot with the 2012 Gamers, you agreed to make a deposit (either $500 or $1000) and agreed to a monthly payment plan beginning in October.

We have now finalized our payment processing arrangements and will be asking for the first of monthly payments starting on October 15th.  This email provides information on the payment process.  This coming week, you will be receiving a more detailed email for your specific payment plan, along with a link to an online payment form.

We decided to go to a monthly, automated payment process for 3 reasons:

- To allow parents to evenly spread payment over either 4 or 7 months, beginning in October.

- To make it more convenient to make payments.  Once you provide your credit card or checking account information, your account will be automatically debited for the remainder of payments.  

- To make it easier for us to administer.  We have limited admin support in the Gamers program.  I struggle to keep on top of all the payments and process all the checks.  This system will significantly relieve the administrative burden of following up with payments -- or lack of payment.

Click here for a reminder on the payment options.  You made your selection when you paid your deposit -- you are on either a $1000 or $500 deposit plan.  A handful of people have already worked with me on custom payment terms.  Your email and payment plan will be specific to what we agreed to.

This week, you will be receiving an email with the details of your specific payment plans.  

As a reminder, if you played fall baseball, that additional amount will be added to your payment plan.  This will be clear in the email that you receive.  You will have 2 payments to process -- Fall Baseball, and the monthly installments for the basic program fee.
