Gamer Player & Parents, The Gamers are once again managing the Midwest Region for USA Baseball this summer.   The process for being selected is a little different this year.   First, there is a 1/2 day pro-style showcase event on either July 26 or July 17 (depending on age group).  The cost of this 1/2 day showcase event is $99.  We encourage ALL Gamers to participate in this event.   You will get a report back with all your key showcase measurements (60 time, pop time, velocities, etc..).  It is important for players to get comfortable with the showcase process and and measure their progress through several test runs before their junior year in high school.  This is just a 1/2 day commitment prior to football.  So, we would like most Gamers to participate. The age groups go by birthdate years, so please register at the following ages: Born in 1998 or later - 13u Born in 1996 or 1997 - 15u Born in 1994 or 1995 - 17u Born in 1993 -- too old for NTIS process From the St. Louis showcase late July, we will put together "Team Missouri" to play in the Midwest NTIS event in St. Louis on August 19-21st.  Team Missouri will play games against teams from Oklahoma, Nebraska, Kansas/KC and Arkansas.  At high school ages, this will again be a highly scouted event. From the Midwest NTIS, the top 18 players at each group will selected to go to the USA Baseball Complex in Cary, NC for an opportunity to be selected to the USA National Team.
