14-17u Gamers & Parents,
The Perfect Game WWBA Championship at East Cobb (Marietta, GA) is the largest tournament for high school age players. Each week, 80-180 teams from across the country compete on the field -- AND for hotel rooms.
We reserved the hotel blocks for our teams last November. The information on the East Cobb hotels were provided in the travel email sent last month. Click here for a complete archive of program emails. This email archive can also be accessed through the Clubhouse section of the Gamers website. Use Gamers2011 as the user name and stlgamers as the password to log in to the website and clubhouse.
The room reservation process for East Cobb is tightly controlled by Perfect Game. They do this to ensure that enough rooms are available, and of course to earn some commission on selling the rooms.
They request that all club team programs assign one person to enter the room reservation and credit card information. My wife Lauree has once again volunteered to manage this process for all the Gamer teams (9 total) going to East Cobb.

Also, please remember to finalize all of your other hotel reservations for the summer. Some of the cutoff dates on the room blocks are approaching.
