15u Gamers & Parents,

As a reminder, ALL requests for flex weekends are due on April 1st.

ALL requests for players to stay in team room ($45/night) are due by April 15th.

Finally, this is also a reminder to make your hotel reservations for the out of town trips. 

For you reference, click here for the email sent several weeks ago regarding summer travel and the detailed plans by weekend. 

We now of the details regarding the bus trips.  The 15u teams will go on only one bus trip, to Nashville on June 2-5.   The bus trips service 3 purposes:

1 - provide a bonding opportunity for the players/team

2- provide a break for parents (a baseball free weekend)  

3- provide a lower cost alternative than parent + player traveling to the tournament.  Please keep in mind that most 15u-18u tournaments require a 3 night hotel stay. 

Parents are allowed to attend the bus trip tournaments.  We only ask that parents stay at a different hotel during those weekends.

The cost of the Nashville bus trip will be $300 per player.  This includes the transportation (very nice bus) and hotel accommodations.   Please provide a check for this amount by May 1, 2011.
