The Community Development Office offers technical assistance and training to staff and elected and appointed officials on land use planning issues.  Our staff has the expertise and resources to help local governments tackle challenges such as updating comprehensive plans and land use codes, planning for natural hazards, working effectively with the public, and creating walkable communities, to name a few.  Need help?  Contact us right away!
