As you may have heard, we here in Union Hill love our history. But we've decided to put aside tradition for one day and skip the historically accurate, four-legged ingredient commonly found in Jefferson Park and in Brunswick Stews of yore. Since the Commission of Stew Review has graciously given us a special dispensation on the ingredients, we'd like to invite you, your friends and even pets to join us for some delicious (almost old-fashioned) stew and a little corn hole tournament, to boot! For you traditionalists, we'll have some black-eyed peas available, as well. We hope you will join us and celebrate the coming year with your neighbors in Union Hill.
