Village Enhancing Government Transparency Palmetto Bay is further enhancing its reputation for easy access to government with two new features: live-streaming video of public meetings; and a web-based monthly check register. The Village launched the new video service from its Village website on Oct. 3 with live coverage of the October Regular Council Meeting. On-demand coverage of that meeting is also now available. Please note: only Regular Monthly Council Meetings will be streamed and archived. Also this month, for the first time ever, the Finance Department is offering an online check register of Village transactions for public viewing. |
