Palmetto Bay Senior Programs Offer Fun Ways to Stay in Shape This Summer

Greetings from the Director

We hope you all had a wonderful Fourth of July. If you are looking to burn off some of those extra holiday calories, check out our ongoing programs for seniors. Baptist Health South Florida continues to team with Palmetto Bay, bringing our more seasoned residents fun ways to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. You may be familiar with the Trim-n-Fit After 55 program and now the Strength & Endurance program has begun. And tomorrow you can take a CPR class at Ludovici Park. If our beautiful parks aren't enough incentive to get out and enjoy the summer, two of our parks now offer free wireless internet. As always, please contact us with any questions, concerns, or programming ideas -- or call 305-259-1234.
