e-Currents Update Village of Palmetto Bay
Clarification, please...
 House of tools
PALMETTO BAY, Fla., March 13, 2009
We wish to provide a clarification to an "e-Currents Update" issued earlier today. If you have not had a chance to read that original communication, specifically, the item concerning unwarranted increases in home valuations by insurance companies, please feel free to do so now.

To simplify the process, we are providing a more direct link to the State of Florida Office of Insurance Regulation/Financial Services division webpage where you may submit your complaints, concerns, and requests for action on this important matter.

Additionally, we ask that you to please notify Village Hall, via our Public Information Office, of your request for action by the Office of Insurance Regulation / Financial Services.

Please note:
While we do not need your name and postal address, we do need your insurance company's name (and your e-mail address so you may be contacted regarding pending action, etc.). These details will allow us to better determine how many companies are engaged in these practices when we join our lobbyists to discuss the matter at the state capital in Tallahassee later this month.

Thank you again. It is our pleasure to serve you.
