These beautiful blends were created to support the yogic and ayurvedic lifestyle and contain wonderful aromas that soothe, rejuvenate and heal. Yoga Flow Essential Blends are made with a highly concentrated amount of our finest essential oils in an organic jojoba oil base. Unlike lotions, creams and gels, which are topical, jojoba oil penetrates the skin carrying potent essential oils into the body. Jojoba is non-allergenic and does not clog pores. Due to their potency, a few drops go a long way. Environmental fragrancing with Yoga Flow Essential Sprays is an effective way to improve the energy of your home and work space. Our sprays are diluted in a distilled water base. 
Ananda (Bliss) Blend uplifts the spirit! Use as an inhalation, wear as a perfume or apply to the bottoms of your feet. Ananda Blend contains bergamot, rose, mogra (Indian jasmine), pettigrain, oud musk, tea rose and ylang ylang essential oils. 1/2 Ounce $15.00
Ananda Spray freshens and uplifts your home and work space and can also be used as a body spray!

Dharma Blend opens the heart to life's possibilities, and can also be used as an aphrodisiac. Use as an inhalation, wear as a perfume or apply to your feet. This blend contains champa, lotus, oud musk, patchouli, rose and ylang ylang essential oils. 1/2 Ounce $20.00
Dharma Spray promotes passion and a zest for life. This can be used as a room or a body spray.

Prana (Breathing) Blend assists in opening your respiratory system in order to deepen your pranayama (yogic breathing) practice. Apply directly to your sinus area, throat and chest. Prana contains the pure essential oils of anise, cajeput, camphor, eucalyptus, peppermint, ravensara anisata and spearmint. 1/2 Ounce $15.00
Prana Spray is designed to cleanse and disinfect the air. Use to clear your home and work environment of pollutants. 2 Ounces $7.50
Shanti (Peace) Blend was formulated to calm the mind and prepare the body for sleep. Use as an inhalation, place a few drops on your pillow, or apply to the bottoms of your feet at bedtime. Shanti contains the pure essential oils of bergamot, chamomile, champa, clary sage, lavender, mandarin, rose and geranium.

Shanti Spray is designed to create calmness in your environment. This can be used as a room spray, body spray and around pets. 2 Ounces $7.50
Yoga Nidra (Deep Meditation) Blend is used to enhance your meditation practice. Apply to your forehead (third eye), wear as a perfume or use on the bottoms of your feet. Yoga Nidra contains cyperus, frankincense, hina, lotus, rose and sandalwood essential oils.

Denise O'Dunn of Balance and Bliss Ayurvedic Lifestyle Center and Susan Wasserman of Yoga Flow will present Ayurveda and Yoga in an integrated format that will demonstrate the wisdom of Ayurveda, the practical use of Aromatherapy,and the joy of a Hatha Yoga Practice uniquely suited to you.
This three hour workshop, designed for the professional development of Yoga teachers and the personal enrichment of Yoga students, has three primary components:
- Presenting Ayurveda as the Sister Science to Yoga
- Practicing Hatha Yoga with an understanding of Ayurvedic Principles
- Experiencing Aromatherapy with Doshic and Yogic Application
Workshop Fee: $50.00 and qualifies for 3 Yoga Alliance CEU's.

The Alls Faire at the The Longhouse on 49th Street showcases the talents of a variety of local people covering a wide range of modalities and offering visitors the opportunity to have a taste of what is regularly available at The Longhouse. Included at All's Faire will be mini massages, Reiki, Shiatsu, CST, Intuitive Readings, Mini-Hypnosis and/or Meditation sessions & more! I will be offering free mini ayurvedic consultations, and a selection of Yoga Flow Oils will be available for sale.
