 Free or low cost yoga classes are being offered nationwide as part of this 9th annual celebration, sponsored by Yoga Alliance.  This is the perfect opportunity for both new and experienced practitioners to try different styles of yoga, and to learn about ayurveda and other yogic healing techniques.  To find a free class in your area, see the Yoga Day website at www.yogadayusa.org.
