We have some exciting news to share with you !
 
Some amazing and surprising events have unfolded before us which one could almost chuck down to coincidence in timing. However, we do not think so. We certainly did not plan this...God did!
Gellocake  celebrates her SECOND ANNIVERSARY!  In the 3rd week of June, 2 years ago, the business was launched!
 
God had packaged some special 'anniversary' gifts for us!
 
Recently, we were contacted by HOMTV's Brandie Hansen & Deborah Guthrie. Their cameras came to our bakery some days ago!
We are finishing to decorate all the desserts for CAMTV Black Tie Event. Watch this celebration TODAY Tuesday JUNE 22 at 6:30 pm- Channel 21
 
Gellocake's sweets on HOMTV!

This Black tie Gala Event is to formally launch the new Capital Area Media Channel: CAMTV. The programming on the channel will have a Tri-County Regional Area focus featuring events and information.
 
Gellocake designed an elegant, sophisticated dessert display for this event.
 
You can watch this Gala event  live on Channel 21 at about 6:30pm right up to the "Celebratory Signal Activation"!

The show will continue to be replayed on CAMTV at 6pm through July 8th.
 
 We wish HOMTV & CAMTV all the BEST & we would like to say sincerely....THANK YOU!!! 
Our kitchen and interview will be aired on a TV program called 'Business Destination' - TOMORROW, Wednesday June 23rd at 8:00pm - Comcast Channel 30 and ATT&TU-Verse Channel 99.

What an honor to be featured this way! It felt a little intimidating  to be in front of cameras, but Brandie made the experience a fun and special one! We cannot wait to watch the show when it finally airs!
 
 
Our story is also to be featured in the Greater Lansing Business Magazine!
'Women in Business' will be featured in the August edition.
It was a privilege to be visited by the magazines editor, Susan Wardell and Photographer Terri Rytlewski Shaver. We had an awesome time sharing our adventure!
 
 
Our 1st professional video has been produced and our 2nd one will be completed soon!d soon!
Special thanks to Freed Video for their professionalism & talent!! They did a great job with our Mexican Fiesta Dessert Table. It was a high school graduation party; casual & fun! 
 
 
Good Fruits Video is about to complete tonight at the Gala event, a collection of images & memories that pretend to reflect what Ghellocake is all about. We are so excited and looking forward to sharing it with you soon!

Thanks to all my customers & friends! 

It is hard to believe that 2 years ago our customers were just close friends. Great things have happened for this bustling little home bakery; even though the road has  not been without its challenges and obstacles. Times were tough but today, we stop and look back at our journey and we are  thankful. Our history has given us the strength to forge ahead.

Today, all I can say is that...GOD IS REAL and He answers prayers. Dreams do come true and FAITH can lift us to heights that we could never reach by our own strength!!!
