"Reading for Fun" is our activity theme at the Library this summer, including the "Happy Endings" bedtime program with book giveaways, the Battle of the Books, and the "NFL at the MFL" mini-camps. Summer also means Book Barn shopping, Sunday closings, and computer and mobile tech help. July marks the beginning of our fiscal year, and I want to thank those who voted to support the Library's mission at last month's annual meeting. Thanks also to Anita Jean McMonigle for once again donating the proceeds of her troupe's dance recital held at the high school!
Happy Reading,

James B. Cosgrove,
Director
Jim

The Friends of the Marlboro Library Book Barn is now open the second Saturday of each month through October (even open in light rain!). Hours are 9:00 a.m. until  3:00 p.m. The Friends are always looking for volunteers to work at the Book Barn, which has been reorganized and filled with newer titles. Interested volunteers can call Cheryl Werba at 236-7987.

The Book Barn is located behind the Pierce Library house on Route 9W. To get to it, its easiest to park in the Library's back parking lot off West St. and walk the path down to the red barn. It is open two hours before the Library opens.
