Musical Munchkins Halloween Concert, October 30, 11 a.m.

The Musical Munchkins will be repeating the success of last year's fright-free Halloween concert for wee ones on Saturday, October 30 from 11 a.m. until noon in the Library. Pre-school to kindergarten age kids and parents are invited to come to the Library for a Halloween concert of music and storytelling. Everyone is encouraged to wear a costume. The Musical Munchkins have delighted kids at the Library before and they insure a scare-free experience celebrating this autumn holiday. The Library will open at noon - immediately following the concert.

Library Open House
Saturday, November 13th,
11 a.m. - 4 p.m.

The Open House theme centers around thankfulness so it's appropriate that it will occur in November. We want to thank all of you in the school district for your support of the Library budget last May. We also want to show-off the changes to the interior of the physical plant and demonstrate the improvements we have made to library service. These include but are not limited to, new display fixtures, a new section dedicated to Junior Fiction, a scanning station, downloadable audiobook and ebook station, and more.  There will be tours of our electronic reference resources and a raffle of an exciting "tech device" for those who take the tour. There will be light refreshment and educational entertainment for the little ones. But meanwhile in October...
