Inspection results could not maintain a fifith consecutive week of improved yields as buyer acceptance dropped from Week 36's high of 92% back to a humbling 54.6% in Week 37.
Electrical testing yields, however, recovered to 75% in Week 37 after having tumbled to just over 64% in Week 36.
A broader range of devices were seen in Week 37, perhaps signaling a broader-base or required components rather than spot shortages on certain device categories. Device range was from passives through processors and DSP. |
