White Horse Laboratories' Quality Report
Week 20, 2012

Week 20 Summary

Week 20 saw a moderate improvement in lot acceptance, edging up to 53.1% from Week 19's appalling 45%. Lot pass rate for electrical testing edged up as well from 43% to 50% in Week 20.

Week 19 was the last for our previous poll question, "Are buyers more cautious in the past 4-6 months and rejecting lots for minor issues with growing frequency?" The response was clearly supporting that there has been a change in buyer awareness, with 67% agreeing with this position, and 33% agreeing rather emphatically.

Our new poll question, then, goes another step and asks, "Has the increase in buyer caution had a negative impact on sales and the market overall?". Post your vote on this week's poll at http://conta.cc/Of90yi.

We'll post the results here, in our monthly newsletter, on our website, and our new Twitter page, @whitehorselabs.

1. Statistics are calculated as a percentage of all lots dispositioned within the given time period.

2. "Accept" is defined as customer acceptance of report device condition.

3. "Pass" is defined as meeting electrical parameters defined by the agreed upon test plan.
