Week 7 saw a return to quality levels that were more consistent with our historical averages than over the past couple of weeks. Acceptance rate on Physical Inspection and pass rates on electrical testing roughly doubled from the Week 6.
- Vishay/Siliconix HFA15TB60SPBF, 51% failure (Date Code 0938) - 19% failed failed for low breakdown voltage, Vbr, and high reverse current, Ir, and 32% failed for high forward voltage, Vf.
- Texas Instruments OPA4130UA, 12.5% failure (Date Code 0930) - distorted outputs.
- National Semiconductor DAC1230LCJ, 4% failure (Date Code 9706) - high output converting voltages of 11V or 25mV.
